All Haiku fans include a speed controller and mounting bracket.

Installation is not included unless explicitly stated.

Electrical wiring must be pre-run before fan installation. An earth wire is required.

Before placing an order, customers are responsible for confirming the correct extension-tube length and mounting method to ensure that the appropriate mounting kit is provided.

Mounting-kit and extension-tube costs may vary depending on the fan model and installation requirements.

Haiku Bamboo fans are for indoor use only.

Please provide at least two weeks’ notice to schedule an installer.

Steel reinforcement is compulsory for installations on false ceilings.
