IMPORTANT Terms & Conditions
For Installation Services:
** Extra charges applicable for non-standard reinforcement requirements
(e.g slanted ceiling, remove existing non-approved reinforcement method etc.)
** Please note there will be charges / fees of $$50 plus $30 per additional fan (capped at $300),
for Last minute installation appointment cancellation if within 4 working days from installation date.
or if we if there is need to make another trip, due to wiring not ready or electricity not activated for testing, after installation.
or if you forgot to obtain permission/permit to do installation works
or if you forgot to inform us of any restrictions, eg. only can do drilling within a period of time, no drilling on Saturday etc.
or the person to contact is not answering phone call, that prevent access to site.
or remove unapproved existing reinforcement is $50 each

** For Delivery Services (without installation):
Delivery date will need 2 - 5 working days advance booking, if there is existing stocks.
* Last minute delivery appointment cancellation fees is $25, if within 3 working days from delivery date.

** If installation or reinforcement is not done by our approved installers, No warranty on installation related issues
such as noise, wobble etc. Motor and remote controller warranty is still intact.
** Prices exclude wiring and painting after works​
** All prices are subjected to GST
HAIKU FAN'S REINFORCEMENT GUIDE
​
Basic reinforcement of false ceiling is additional $120/ea, for flat concrete slab, (inside) with gap less than 2ft and no obstacles above fan location.
Wiring and electricity must be ready and activated for testing fans.
Patching will be done for holes created during works, paint touch up is not included. ​
Reinforcement and installation will conform to BCA regulations, to ensure safety.

** $120 Transport fee is applicable, if there is need to make another trip, due to wiring or electricity not ready for testing, after installation.
